What is a Foundation Apprenticeship?
Edinburgh College is working in partnership with Skills Development Scotland to deliver two year Foundation Apprenticeship programmes in Business Skills and IT: Software Development for senior phase pupils. These pupils have chosen this particular study route to help them pursue their interest in a career within these industries.
You are invited to attend a business breakfast meeting on Thursday, 1 March. The purpose of this meeting is to get representation from a variety of experts to help shape and develop the delivery of 2018/19 Foundation Apprenticeship programmes and beyond. Our aim is to ensure the programme meets the needs of employers and young people and we hope to gain support for assistance with work placements.
We look forward to meeting you and hearing your views.
