Improve your wellbeing this June

The College’s Wellbeing team are running a series of group sessions for students who would like to speak to someone and help improve their mental wellbeing this June.

The online ‘chat and coffee’ sessions will take place from 11am – 12noon every Thursday starting from 11 June until the end of the month. A maximum of 12 people will be able to attend each session.

Student Wellbeing Advisor Jenni Moreland said: “The sessions are for anyone who would like to come along and have a chat. We are hoping from running these sessions, students will then give us ideas of things they would like us to look at for sessions going forward over the summer.”

Students can book onto the sessions via the Wellbeing Hub on Moodle.
