
As plans and preparations for the start of session 2021/22 are ongoing during the summer, our staff are here to support you with getting ready for starting your studies. As well as virtual drop-ins online, we’ll be hosting a number of sessions across our campuses to help you prepare for your course.
Online Drop-ins
Once you have enrolled online for your course and logged in to EC online. You can access virtual drop-in sessions via the Student Services Hub on Microsoft Teams. Click the Student Services Hub button on the left-hand tab to drop in and speak to our teams.

If you need help with enrolling for your course online, you can book onto one of the below on-campus sessions.
Before coming onto campus, you will be provided with health and safety guidance which must be followed at all times.

Learning Support

IT Sessions – Help with Logging In
Our IT and Students’ Association teams will be on hand to help you with logging in to college systems for the first time if you are struggling to do so from home. These sessions MUST be booked in advance.
