The College’s Wellbeing team is holding a series of stress-busting workshops throughout the busy exam period to support students who are anxious or are struggling to cope.
Students are welcome to head to any of the sessions below to meet with others who are going through the same experience and to explore some self-care strategies and techniques to help them.
And, on top of that, Therapets will be bringing two canine friends, Molly and Rosie, to the workshops at Granton and Milton Road as well as the second Wednesday session at Sighthill.
If you wish to meet the dogs, please book these sessions as soon as you can as only limited spaces are available.
